Volkswagen to launch 2014 face lifted Polo on July 15th
The 2014 face lifted Polo hatchback will be launched on July 15th. The current Polo GT TSI and GT TDI versions have been discontinued and production has been stopped. When the face lifted Polo will be launched the GT TSI and GT TDI variants will not be included.
The 2014 Polo will get refreshed interiors, new steering wheel, automatic climate control, blue tooth connectivity and steering mounted controls. There will also be a few changes on the exterior which include restyled front and rear bumpers, revised headlights and taillights. The Polo will be available with a 1.2 litre petrol engine and a new 1.5 litre diesel motor which will be available in 2 states of tune. The higher capacity 1.5litre diesel motor will be plonked under the Polo GT TDI`s hood.
All the exterior and interior updates that the 2014 face lifted Polo receives will be seen on the Polo TSI and GT TDI models. Both the Polo TSI and GT TDI will be launched in August 2014 a month after the face lifted Polo is launched. As per reports Volkswagen dealerships have already started accepting bookings for the 2014 Polo.
