Tata Motors starts free Monsoon Check-Up Camp
Tata Motors has just rolled out a country-wide Free Monsoon Check-Up camp for all of its passenger vehicle owners. The camp will start on 28th July 2015 and end on 2nd August 2015 in 585 Tata workshops across 293 cities in India. This camp will offer services to all Tata passenger and utility cars. All customers can go for the free check-up and get discounts of up to 20 percent on all Tata Motors’ original parts and labour charges. To offer better services to its customers, the company has tied-up with more than 25 suppliers to offer discounts of about 10 percent on lubricants, accessories and other services.
Following the success of the first service camp that was held a while back, second phase of the same camp has finally commenced much to the excitement of Tata Motors, which believes that similar aftermarket services are very important to keep customers happy. The camp will help Tata owners to solve issues faced by their vehicles due to the monsoon season.
Other than the basic labour, parts, lubricants, etc. the camp’s latest iteration offers better benefits on tyres and battery components. Tata will also be helping their customers by giving valuable information to keep their cars problem free in the monsoon season and will also offer many other schemes as well.
In few of the workshops, people can test drive two of the company’s latest vehicles including the Zest compact sedan and the Bolt hatchback. For those who are looking to upgrade their vehicles, on-spot evaluation will also be offered with a good exchange bonus for their old car. Loans with special rates of interest will be provided as well.
