Suzuki Let’s updated with dual-tone colours, body graphics and black wheels
In recent times, the scooter class has contributed hugely to the country’s overall two-wheeler sales. Let’s take the case of Honda for example. The Japanese manufacturer was not doing too well a few years back, but has recently clawed its way back to compete with the segment leader and main rival Hero. This has mainly been possible thanks to the Activa range of scooters which in the recent months has been one of the best-selling two-wheeler in India.
Suzuki offers a range of scooters as well. One such product is the Let’s that comes powered by an 110cc engine. In order to make it an appealing buy in the very competitive market, Suzuki has made it look fresh and new in order to get sales from the young men and women. The changes are solely on the visual front including the addition of new dual-tone paint schemes featuring a matte black colour. Adding to this, the scooter now gets new body graphics as well along with black wheels.
The Let’s comes in four colours including the Pearl Mira Red with Matte Black (ARB), Pearl Mirage White (YPA), Matte Grey with Matte Black (AHW) and Pearl Suzuki Blue No. 2 with Matte Black (BAW).
According to Suzuki’s Executive Vice President, Atul Gupta, the scooter has been revamped so as to attract to a wider audience base with a universal new appeal. This is a part of the company’s aim to try and update its products at regular intervals so as to provide its customers with new and fresh offerings.
On the mechanical front, the 110cc engine will remain unchanged with the SEP technology enabling it to return approximately 63 km/l (under Suzuki test conditions). The updated Suzuki Let’s has been priced at Rs. 46,597/- (ex-showroom, New Delhi) and we hope it performs better than before.
