Suzuki launches two All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) in India
Suzuki has launched two All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) namely, Suzuki Ozark 250 and Quadsport Z400 in India at the India Superbike Festival organized at Amanora Park Town in Pune last weekend. Priced at Rs 5.45 lakhs and Rs 8.5 lakhs respectively (ex-showroom Delhi) these ATVs will be retailed via authorized dealers in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Bangalore and Kolkata.
Ideal for leisure activities, Suzuki Okara 250 has a high ground clearance and gets an automatic clutch. The vehicle gets its juice from a 245 cc four stroke, air cooled engine paired to a five-speed gearbox and weighs around 194 kg. Bestowed with a contemporary design, the ATV vouches to deliver promising performance.
Suzuki Quadsport Z400 on the other hand has better off-roading capabilities. Power is generated by a 398cc, four stroke, liquid cooled engine which comes coupled to a five-speed transmission. Weighing 193 kgs, Quadsport Z400 has a ground clearance of 265mm, features sporty chassis, adept disc brakes and offers good throttle response along with uninterrupted power. The newly launched ATVs from Suzuki will compete with ATVs from Polaris. Since “All-Terrain Vehicles” are not road legal in the country, they will be sold exquisitely for private use.
