Both the test models of the bike were seen to be using the same head light, turn indicators, tail light cluster as well as 5 spoke alloy wheels that adorn the ongoing model of the Bajaj Platina. The new 2015 Platina is expected to feature new attractive body graphics and revised body panels for a more stylish visual appeal.

The ongoing Bajaj Platina is powered by a 99cc ExhausTEC motor generating 8.2 PS of peak power and 8.5 Nm of max torque. The engine is mated to a 4 speed transmission. The new 2015 Platina is likely to get a comprehensively refined motor ensuring greater power figures and is also expected to be tweaked for improved fuel efficiency. The new Platina’s test model was also caught featuring telescopic front forks as well as SNS rear shock absorbers, while featuring front and drum brakes similar to the ongoing model.
