Mercedes launches new C-Class C250d variant at Rs. 44.36 lakh
German automaker Mercedes-Benz has been one of the most successful luxury carmaker in business in the Indian auto industry. The company has been constantly delivering customer centric luxury vehicles along with a pretty well developed service support network across the country. Recently, continuing this legacy Mercedes-Benz launched the much-awaited top of the line C-Class, the C250d in India at a price of Rs.44.36 lakhs (ex-showroom, Pune).
The new Mercedes C250d is equipped with all the bells and whistles the company has to offer, and comes with a plush beige interior along with beautiful use of leather and wood across the dash. The C250d comes with Mercedes’s touch-screen infotainment display setup, and a digital instrument cluster setup now equipped with all the Mercedes vehicles.
Under the hood of the Mercedes C250d is a 2.1L, 4-cylinder diesel engine that churns out 204bhp of power along with a maximum torque of 500Nm. The company claims a fuel efficiency of 19.71 km/l. The car is capable of hitting the ton mark in a mere 6.6 seconds. Apart from this, the C250d comes with beautiful and elegant looking 17” alloy wheels with active parking assist as optional.
This luxury sedan would be competing with the likes of the recently launched Volvo S60, BMW 3-series and the much awaited and upgraded Audi A4. The company is pretty confident with the launch of this car and is expecting woo customers with its new offering.
