Hyundai N 2025 Gran Turismo to be showcased at 2016 Auto Expo
Korean carmaker Hyundai has some really big plans for this year`s Auto Expo. Hyundai`s N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo is all set to make a grand appearance at the 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi. Being a popular motor show in the Asian region sets the perfect stage for Hyundai to showcase their unique product. The Vision GT concept from Hyundai along with the next-gen i20 WRC and the RM15 was first unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor show in the year 2015.
The N 2025 Vision GT is a product of Hyundai`s high performance N division. This is one hell of a car which will set your pulse racing the moment you see it. Design wise the N 2025 looks extremely aerodynamic with its highly futuristic looks. The unique hexagonal grille at the front allows air to circulate into the underbody structure that is designed in the shape of a boat. To keep the car glued to the road the underflow air supply duct shaped like a tube connected to the rear simultaneously reduces pressure to the underbody to yield maximum down force.
The Hyundai N 2025 Vision GT uses a hydrogen fuel cell to power itself. Weighing just 972 kgs, the car uses a fuel tank made of carbon fibre for increased safety. The total power kicked out by the powertrain is 871bhp making it an eco-friendly model as well. The dual fuel cell stacks of the hypercar produce 670bhp, whereas the super capacitor system provides another 201bhp by utilizing the energy regenerated during braking. The drivetrain comprises of four in-wheel motors that are high-powered and independent to supply firm traction. Astounding characteristics like optimum weight distribution, low-lying centre of gravity and independent in-wheel motor Drive Control makes the Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo apt for challenging the racetrack.
