Honda Cars India Ltd posts 75% jump in sales for the period June 2014

Japanese car maker Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) has been on a roll in India ever since the Amaze and the fourth generation Honda city were launched. Honda used the right strategy and brought the right products to do justice to the brand. Right from the time Honda Cars entered the Indian market the brand got a reputation for manufacturing trouble free cars which provide the best fuel economy and are low on maintenance.

At the moment the fourth generation Honda city is the segment leader in the sedan class. With both products doing well Honda has posted a 75% jump in sales figures during June 2014 by selling 16,316 units as compared to 9,297 units sold during June 2013. Honda Cars India Ltd will be launching the Mobilio MPV by this month end, which will compete with the likes of Maruti Ertiga, Chevrolet Enjoy and Mahindra Xylo. Let`s wait and watch if the Honda hits the bull`s eye for the third time with the Mobilio.
