Honda BULLDOG motorcycle concept showcased
Last month Honda showcased the world premiere of its BULLDOG concept at the 31st Osaka Motorcycle show in Japan. The name BULLDOG sounds weird for a motorcycle but the company says this is the new world of leisure with motorcycles. The idea behind the model was” Lovable Touring Partner” and the concept was designed to enjoy outdoor life with leisure motorcycles.
The bike actually looks like a BULLDOG with a low seat height (730mm), 15-inch wide tyres and dual headlamps. Its unique and robust looking exterior would appeal to riders as well as those who don’t fancy riding a motorcycle. Powering the bike is a 400cc liquid cooled 4-stroke two cylinder motor which is powerful enough yet easy to handle in rural and urban areas.
The BULLDOG is equipped with accessories like – carrier and storage spaces on the sides of the fuel tank which would be suitable for camping and touring trips.
Let’s take a look at some of the key features of the Concept.
> 730 mm seat height
> Liquid cooled 4- stroke 400cc engine
> 6-speed gearbox
> 15 inch tyres at the front and rear.
This BULLDOG doesn’t bark and bite, is still in its concept stage and we`re not sure if Honda will put this bike into production!
