Hero MotoCorp launches Splendor Pro Classic and Passion Pro TR
As the festive frenzy is at its peak and new products are being showered on the Indian market, Hero MotoCorp has also launched two new motorcycle models in order to make most of this profitable period. The bike manufacturer has introduced the Splendor Pro Classic for the bike enthusiasts, which is India’s first 100cc class motorbike with a cafe racer design. On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp has launched the Passion Pro TR in the same segment, but this one certainly comes with off-road characteristics, which is again a first in this segment. Both the new bikes from Hero are surely special offerings for the Indian bike lovers.
The new Hero Splendor Pro Classic has been launched in the market tagged at Rs. 48,650 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and priced a bit more at Rs. 50,833 (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The new Splendor Pro Classic draws its power from a powerful air-cooled 4-stroke single cylinder OHC motor that has the capability to generate a max power output of 8.24bhp at 8000rpm and a peak torque of 0.82kgm at 5000rpm.
Hero MotoCorp has endowed a cafe racer look on the Splendor Pro Classic and the bike gets classic style single seat, a sporty handle bar, vintage design for cafe cowl, a large rounded headlight as well as taillight and a round speedometer with classic style. The bike along with its classic styling also gets a lot of chrome garnish for an added bling factor. Its gets a lot of chrome for front and rear fenders, suspension cover, round review view mirrors and blinkers. The new Hero Splendor Pro Classic is offered for sale in two body colors namely – carbon black and solid maroon.
On the other hand, the new Hero Passion Pro TR, offers the riders with off road fun and adventure along with some new elements like high front fender along with hugger, sturdier handlebars along with cross brace, a knee pad, sturdy headlight grill as well as hand guards. Moreover, the bike also features bash plate for shielding the engine, fuel tank pads and designer knuckle guards. All these offer added protection as well as sturdiness for an engaged off road experience. Needless to mention, the bike features a special tyre tread in order to facilitate better road grip.
The Passion Pro TR gets powered by an air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder OHC mill which is tuned to deliver 7.7bhp of max power at 7500bhp and a peak torque of 0.82 torque at 4500rpm.The Passion Pro TR is offered for sale at Rs. 51,550 (ex-showroom, Delhi), while it is priced at Rs. 54,039 (ex-showroom, Mumbai). This bike is available in an attractive shade of electric red, sports red, and black along with sports red color accents.
