This Ducati off-road bike is powered by a 1198.4 cc Testastretta DVT L-twin engine that churns out 160 BHP @ 9,500 rpm and 136 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The presence of a Ride by Wire (RbW) system means that Ducati has offered four different riding modes with the Multistrada 1200 Enduro. The four riding modes include Sport, Touring, Urban and Enduro, and modify the throttle response and suspension dampning to suit the requirement of the rider as well as the terrain.

In order to tackle rough terrains, the Multistrada 1200 Enduro comes with a semi-active electronic front and rear Sachs suspension that has been tuned to offer a wheel travel of 200 mm. Moreover, the larger 19-inch front wheel and smaller 17-inch rear wheel helps in aiding maneuverability to dodge obstacles, while minimizing shocks on the seat and the handlebars. Ducati engineers have also acknowledged the fact that going off-road means that no fueling stations. As a result, the Multistrada 1200 Enduro gets a 30-litre fuel tank, that offers a hefty riding range of around 450 kilometers to the Enduro.
