Datsun India starts pre-bookings of the Datsun GO+
Datsun India has opened the pre-bookings for the Datsun GO+. The Datsun GO+ is the second product from the Japanese auto major in India. The compact MPV was first showcased at the 2014 Auto expo held in New Delhi last year. The First product from Datsun India was the Datsun GO which was pitted against the likes of the Maruti Alto and the Hyundai Eon.
The Datsun GO+ is India`s first compact MPV (sub 4-metre), which opens up a whole new life of “more” by offering more space, more power, more style, more versatility and more practicality. The GO+ features an additional third row of seats which can be used either for luggage or passengers.
Customers who are interested in pre-booking the Datsun GO+ can book the car with an amount of Rs. 11,000 which is fully refundable at any of the Nissan dealerships across the country. Datsun India is also offering a free “Welcome Pack” for the first few customers. “We are happy to offer our latest product Datsun GO+, a segment-creating Compact MPV to customers in India. The Datsun GO+ is our second product in the market after the Datsun GO and reiterates our commitment to India” said Guillaume Sicard, President, Nissan India Operations.
“The Datsun brand stands for affordable mobility and the Datsun GO+ is a product for those families who prefer a bigger vehicle for both in-city and long distance travel for work as well as leisure. We opened pre-bookings today for customers who would like to be the early ones to own the new Datsun”, he added. We expect Datsun India to price the car very competitively in the price range of Rs. 5 – 8 lakhs, which would make it a sure-shot winner. The Datsun Go+ when launched in India will take on the likes of the Maruti Ertiga and the Honda Mobilio.
