All of the investment will be made at the American car maker’s plant in Talegaon near Pune. Most of the investment will be targeted towards increasing the plant’s annual production capacity to 2.2 lakhs by 2025. At present, the plant puts out 1.3 lakh units annually. No further investment will be made at the Halol plant because the same will be shut down by the middle of next year.
