Audi India inaugurated its first Technical Service Centre in Andheri, Mumbai
In order to strengthen it`s after sales service in the country, Audi recently opened its first Technical Service Centre in the country in Mumbai. Inaugurated by the Head of Technical Service (Entire Vehicle), AUDI AG, Ulli Seyfferth and Joe King, Head, Audi India, the center is located in Andheri and will feature a workshop along with a training center, which has been made in accordance with Audi AG standards.
Here, ‘AUDI AG Standards’ means its facility has fully climate-controlled bays in the workshop as well as Analysis Workshop for Diagnosis and in-depth analysis of products. It also houses a training facility to conduct boot camps for the entire technical team along with their dealer networks in the country. The company’s 7th technical center in the Asia Pacific region in the Indian continent comes as a big step from Audi in order to improvise on its after sales services and make the experience of buying a luxury car worthwhile for its esteemed customers.
Audi has been considering India as its important market and Mercedes as another luxury carmaker, poses a major threat to the brand with three rings. Hence, the German carmaker is working on its customer centric strategy to make sure it becomes one of the highest selling luxury carmakers in India. The vast lineup of Audi cars includes models like the Audi A3 sedan, Audi A3 Cabriolet, A4, A6, A7 Sportback, A8 L, Q3, Q5, Q7, S4, S6, Audi RS 5 Coupe, RS 7 Sportback, TT Coupe, R8, R8 Spyder, R8 V10 plus and the Audi R8 LMX which is available across most of the cities in the country.
‘Customer delight is the main focus area’ as per the head of Audi India. Adding to this, he also said that ‘Customers are serviced for life when they buy an Audi car’ that itself means they do anything and everything to make the customers satisfied.
