Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Concept- A Thing of Beauty!
Aston Martin together with the Italian design house Zagato have created a masterpiece- Vanquish Zagato Concept which might not please you with its performance, but oh that looks! Draped in rich, deep Diavalo Red, the Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato concept made an appearance for the first time at the annual Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Lake Como, Italy. Zagato has been styling Aston Martin since 1960, they created history with the DB4 GT Zagato which is not just achingly beautiful but is also one of the most sought-after cars in the world.
This beautiful piece of machinery shares its base with the Aston Martin Vanquish coupe. The carbon fibre skin, smooth-running carbon-fibre aero package and exquisite circular ‘bladed’ taillights will simply leave you smitten. At the back, the concept sports a quad-exit exhaust placed within the carbon fibre rear lower panel and also the luggage compartment access and a retractable spoiler. Just like the DB11, the concept too features chiselled cutaways and side strakes in front wings that runs into the doors.
The interiors of Vanquish Zagato concept flaunt the ‘herringbone’ carbon-fibre finish, anodized bronze vents and rotary dials and the ‘Z’ logo embossed into the centre console and headrest. When a car looks this gorgeous, power and performance become secondary, rumors however suggest that Zagato Vanquish will deliver around 592 horsepower. The company isn’t keen enough in sharing its performance details, but the car will hopefully travel to a maximum speed of 320 kmph, while it will take just 3.6 seconds to reach the 0-100 kmph mark. Until Aston puts this Zagato concept into production, keep drooling over the images shared by us!
