2015 India Bike Week scheduled on 20 & 21st February
The largest motorcycle event of Asia, India Bike Week is going to be back with its third edition early next year. The India Bike Week’s organizer Seventy Event Media Group in association with travel & lifestyle channel FOX life have announced the schedule to bring in the third edition of the biking event in India. The CEO of Seventy Event Media Group, Martin Da Costa and the Managing Director of FOX Life, Keertan Adhyantaya have announced that the upcoming India Bike Week will be held on 20th and 21st of February, 2015 at Vagator in Goa.
The organizers of the this huge biking event have also announced that the tickets for this event will be offered for sale from 7th of October onwards for Rs.3000, along with a special 5 Hour early bird discount of 50 percent on purchase of the second ticket. Similar to the last two editions, the India Bike Week’s primary sponsor will be Harley-Davidson this year as well.
The India Bike Week is looked at as the motorcycle enthusiast’s heaven in the country that allows the bikers an opportunity to fully indulge in the pure passion of biking, to meeting the biking enthusiasts from across the world, sharing personal experiences and knowledge as well as the opportunity to participate in the various fanciful events. The several events that are organized in the India Bike Week include ‘The Travel Zone’ and ‘Bike Builders Collective’ along with several racing events as well. There will also be a special ‘IBW Arena’ that will stage glitzy entertaining events like rock band shows, demos and stunts.
While announcing the dates of the 3rd edition India Bike Week, Martin Da Costa said that the event is about creating better stories. IBW is not about motorcycle brands or models, but any riding enthusiast. Anyone who wishes to ride and has a love for bikes is welcome in this event. And the Indian Biking brotherhood is going to get bigger in 2015. Keertan Adyanthaya added by saying that IBW, the Asia’s biggest bike party is back, with several elements close to a motorcyclist’s heart like rock concerts, amazing motorcycle displays, stunt arena, custom bike build off, from across the globe. In the last 2 editions, IBW inspired the new generation bikers and got great response, and in 2015 the event will be much bigger and better.
Apart from the India Bike Week, both the big organizers of the event are coming up with the India Bike Week Season, which is a 6 month long period of biking activities. Moreover, the India Bike Week Tour will also come, which is basically a short synopsis of the two-day event of IBW. The India Bike Week Tour will be held in 8 Indian cities, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune, Manipal, Coimbatore and Kochi. The event is aimed at enhancing the biking culture among the 32,000 motorcycle enthusiasts in the 8 mentioned cities.
